About FOLBA
Friends of Long Beach Animals (FOLBA) is an all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership, humane treatment of animals, and reducing the population of shelter animals in the Long Beach and Signal Hill area through community outreach, humane education programs, spay/neuter services, and support for local rescues throughout Southern California and the Long Beach Animal Care Services shelter.

Through school programs and community outreach, FOLBA teaches compassion, responsibility, and proper animal care, helping create a more informed and empathetic community.
Spay/Neuter & Adoption Support
By sponsoring spay/neuter services and promoting shelter adoptions, FOLBA works to reduce overcrowding and ensure more animals find safe, loving forever homes.
