Ilana Rubin
Ilana has been in the hospitality and event industry since 2009. She started her career off on the East Coast with large scale ticketed events and when she moved to CA in 2014, she continued her career at Fairmont Hotels. From there she started her dream planning business; Ilana Rubin Events and never expected Planner Power to grow into the beautiful organization it is today. I-Jou Tsai
I-Jou is the owner of Sunny California Weddings with over 10 years of experience in event planning. She has organized events at various prestigious venues in California, combining styling trends with personalized details. I-Jou is detail-oriented, organized, and offers expertise to deliver exceptional celebrations. She has a background in entertainment, visual design, and marketing.

Emma Seitz
Emma started as a wedding planner in 2014, planning weddings struck a chord with her best skills– organization, logistics, and leadership. After 5 successful years of being a planner, flowers caught her eye, and she launched Leta Verbena. With her background in planning, design, and law; Emma is the perfect addition to our board.
PHILANTHROPIC DIRECTOR
Courtney Lutkus
Meet Courtney, our new Director of Philanthropy! She is the owner of Simply Radiant Events and has over 20 years in the event planning world. She has predominantly focused her talents on nonprofits and corporate clientele. She even just did an incredible event for Vanderpump! We are so excited to have her spearheading our annual philanthropic event this year!

Lorie Lau
Lorie is a respected leader in the wedding and events industry, and has gained extensive experience across multiple facets of the field. Her passion for planning luxury weddings and events became clear with the launch of H & L Lovely Creations, where she established herself as a trusted expert. In addition, Lorie expanded her expertise by taking the reins of LVL Weddings, further solidifying her reputation as a dynamic leader and true industry powerhouse. Known for her professionalism, warmth, talent and genuine connection with others, Lorie is perfectly suited for this Director of Membership role. She is eager to elevate the member experience and warmly welcome new faces to our community.
